Not So Secret Cellar – Theme Day

May Theme Day: Not So Secret Cellar

For one day only, we’re unlocking what has quietly, and intentionally, remained behind the scenes.

As we approach our 17th year, we’re shining a spotlight on our Secret Cellar wines: ultra‑limited, high‑end creations that have stayed completely off‑menu since 2020. These are wines made in extremely small runs, designed to age, evolve and invite curiosity over time.

Over the course of the Secret Cellar series, we’ve released more than 60 unique wines. Today, only a handful remain and they’re ready to be explored.

What to Expect:

• Curated Secret Cellar flights featuring rare, cellar‑only selections
• Two Complimentary teaser tastes upon arrival (while supplies last)
–One white and one red from the newest Secret Cellar release

These are not wines you’ll find on our regular menu and some may never be poured again.
